All of the team at RCA are super excited to welcome Tom Edgley as our new Head of our Design. Tom looks forward to jumping straight into our client work and leading design work for the wider Rokker Network, utilising his vast marketing and design background in his new role.
Tom started off his career as a Digital Designer but has progressed across a wide range of cross-functional design projects, developing his craft at a number of different integrated marketing and design agencies in London, with the most recent being IMG. Tom’s no stranger to the field of tier one clients, having an impressive portfolio ranging from the BBC, Puma, AEG Live, to DP World and HP. This high level of design and client experience will be an asset to the team at RCA and its global client base.
Tom’s experience and skillset allow him to collaborate confidentially with clients, being no stranger to the demands required to accommodate commercial and creative objectives across multiple channels. In turn this allows for the creation of design solutions that not only hit the brief but go above and beyond too.

The chance to lead from the front and continue the influential design work – which is a cornerstone of the agency – is an opportunity that I couldn’t ignore. I’m looking forward to getting to know my new team (over a beer or two!) and being part of RCA’s future successes.”
