Designing a brand-new name in digital product testing
Creating a cohesive brand identity for a new product testing venture – a challenger with cut-through in a crowded market – started with ideating a name. Our brief was to take this all the way through execution and launch in an agile eight-week programme.
We articulated the core offering and niche USPs, brand purpose, key audiences and core differentiators. Our exploration interrogated brand statements, names and language used by key competitors to determine the optimum positioning stack. Brand name ideas progressed through due diligence, and Test Digital was born.
RCA provided a full brand execution package: Logo in an array of lock-ups and formats, brand bible, print-ready stationery, social headers, sales deck and mobile-first website – including content, design and build. Capturing the culture of Test Digital, and parent company Tech City Media, our delivery incorporated imagery routes and bespoke creative treatments.
