Helping SG Digital attract and recruit a global workforce


SG Digital is a trusted partner to the world’s most powerful iGaming, iLottery and Sports Betting brands. Employing over 1600 talented individuals across 20+ offices around the world, RCA was tasked with designing and building a recruitment portal to showcase the world of opportunity and cultural connectivity for future hires.


Our challenge was to design a content rich microsite that could sit within the existing SG Digital website – while evolving brand styling and visual language to deliver competitive edge and audience engagement, as well as integrating third party job posting technology.


Leading on UX and UI design, we built a digital WordPress microsite for easy deployment within the main SG Digital website. Our use of white space creates a lighter, more welcoming experience for visitors – and our integration of existing assets (including a hero video, SG headline stats and job listings organised by country) delivers impact and audience traction for both the brand and the microsite’s core purpose.
